本文从营业状况、营业领域和企业数量三个方面分析了中国企业在国际承包商市场的现状,得出培养“拥有国际化视野,熟悉国际规则、标准、规范,适应国际化环境,具备国际化竞争力”的人才成为当前高等教育的重要目标。而对比国内高校的课程设置发现大部分高校人才培养仅注重知识维度方面培养,对国际化视野、跨文化交流沟通能力培养较弱,因此结合Byram的跨文化能力评价模式理论提出知识、技能、态度和意识四个维度的培养,并运用复杂网络理论中的DEMATEL方法,建立四个维度的15指标,通过计算15个指标的影响程度、被影响度、原因度与中心度确定各因素对国际化综合人才能力培养的重要程度,得到影响度最大的因素为独立思考能力(1.963),被影响度最大的因素为社会责任意识(1.696),中心度最大的因素为判断决策能力(2.981),原因因素最大的是独立思考能力(1.114),结果因素最大的是创新意识和能力(-1.452)。

Abstract: This paper analyses the Chinese enterprises in the international contractor market from three aspects:Business Status, Business Fields and Number of Enterprises。It is concluded that the significant goal of higher education institutions is to cultivate graduates with international vision, familiarity with international rules, standards and norms, adaptability to international environment . Comparing with curriculums offered in the vast majority of domestic universities, they are designed mainly about cultivate knowledges, but lack the cultivation of international vision and intercultural communication ability. This paper presents the model for International talents training based on Byram's theory . The model has four dimensions about knowledge, skills, attitudes and consciousness. Fuzzy DEMATEL method is used to determine the interrelationship among all 15 factors and the impacts each factor poses on the international talents training. The most influential factor is independent thinking ability (1.963)and social responsibility consciousness (1.696), the most central factor is decision-making ability (2.981), the most influential factor is independent thinking ability (1.114), and the most influential factor is innovation consciousness and ability (-1.452).
