    摘要:

    如何培养面向产业、面向世界、面向未来符合新工科要求的一流电气电子信息技术人才,是我国高校新工科建设过程中面临的紧迫任务,向教育发达国家学习和借鉴成功经验是一条有效途径。多伦多大学作为世界顶尖大学,其信息技术人才培养以提高学生的工程与人文素养为特色,以强化多学科交叉融合、丰富学习体验、加强多方协同育人体系建设为途径,全面贯彻以学生学习为中心的使命感,对教育质量卓越的承诺和全方位、多角度重视诸多核心能力的培养等教育理念,这对我国新工科建设及培养影响世界的卓越工程师和下一代工程领导者具有重要启示。

    Abstract:

    How to train first-class talents for industry, the world and the future is an urgent task in the construction of the New Engineering Disciplines in Chinese universities. It is an effective way to learn from the successful experience of education-developed countries. As one of the top universities in the world, the information technology personnel training is characterized by emphasizing on training students' engineering and humanistic literacy, strengthening interdisciplinary integration, enriching students' learning experience, and strengthening the construction of multi-disciplinary collaborative education system at University of Toronto. It has important enlightenment for the construction of the New Engineering Disciplines in our country and the training of outstanding engineers and next generation engineering leaders who influence the world.
