    摘要:

    专业基础课教学如何适应工程学科复合人才的培养需求,一线教师如何平衡个人发展与教学工作的矛盾、回归高等教育本位,是当前我国高等工程教育面临的难题之一。重庆大学建筑力学教学团队通过把握土木工程背景下建筑力学的工程科学内涵,确立“科研-工程-教学”深度融合的建筑力学教学理念,探索“融工程于力学、以科研促教学”的教学团队建设机制,围绕学生力学思维与综合能力的养成,建设了递进式土木工程学科复合型人才力学综合素质与创新能力培养模式,探索了一条人才培养、教学团队与学科建设协调发展之路,希望对其他工程学科专业基础课程教学模式及教学团队建设有所裨益。

    Abstract:

    How to adapt the teaching of professional basic courses to the requirements of engineering interdisciplinary, and to keep the balance between the personal professional development with the teaching works, are the difficult problems for the higher engineering education in China. By excavating the engineering science connotation of the architectural mechanics in the discipline of civil engineering, the teaching group of architectural mechanics in Chongqing University has established the teaching concept of "research-engineering-teaching", and explored the teaching group construction mechanism which is the "integrating engineering into mechanics and promoting teaching by research". To centered on the students" mechanical thinking and comprehensive application ability, the progressive teaching mode of comprehensive analysis and innovative ability of mechanics has been constructed. The way to coordinate the development of personnel training, teaching group and discipline development in university has been explored. It is hoped that these experiences will be beneficial to the teaching mode of basic courses and the construction of teaching team in other engineering disciplines.
