当前,创新创业能力培养已成为新时代高校对大学生培养的主要能力之一,苏州科技大学电子与信息工程学院采用大学生科研训练中心(SRT：Student Research Training)作为大学生创新创业推动发展的重要平台,采用小组团队合作模式,开展以科研项目为中心的能力训练,并且实施多种创新素质培养方法与机制,培养学生的创新意识,激发了学生的创业精神,填补了当下粗放式的教学模式所造成的对学生素质培养方面的空白,对大学生科研能力的提高、创新创业水平的提升,以及对高校科研事业的发展都起到了一定的推动作用。
