【摘要】新科工建设推进以来，工科学生的教育管理体系得到全面提升，对于工程师的培养也越来越重视，工程师的训练方式也日趋完善和多样化，组织规模化的大学生竞赛也成为了工程师能力训练的一种手段，但是就目前土木和工程管理类大学生竞赛现状而言与现阶段教育体系不相适应，在此结合自身专业竞赛经验针对土木和工程管理类大学生，探索BIM设计大赛对大学生工程师能力训练的影响，分析大学生工程师能力训练的主要问题，并对学校和社会两方面提出相应的解决建议。
