同济大学自1998年9月培养第一届工程硕士以来，经过20年的实践，在非全日制土木施工工程硕士研究生的培养过程中秉承着“服务国家战略、对接产业行业、引领未来发展、以学生为中心”的理念，研究非全日制工程硕士特点，直面培养过程中的难点与问题，开展了系列针对性的创新与探索，充分发挥了同济文化的辐射作用和同济土木优秀传统的激励作用，构建了“服务需求、精准对接、协同育人、校企双赢”的长效培养机制，取得了良好的实施效果和社会效益，践行了把论文写在祖国大地上的时代要求，为国家建设行业培养了大量的应用型、复合型高层次工程技术和工程管理人才。

It has been 20 years for Tongji University starting the first session of part-time Master in Engineering since September 1998. After these years’ practice, Tongji University held the spirt that "service strategy, docking industry, leading the future development, always for students" in the cultivation of the part-time Master student in the Major of Construction in Civil Engineering, focused on the characteristics of full-time Master of engineering, confronted the difficulties and problems in the process of teaching and supervising, carried out a series of innovation and exploration, gave full play to the radiation and incentive effects of Tongji University culture and the excellent tradition of Civil Engineering in Tongji University, built the long-term cultivation mechanism of "service requirements, accurate docking, collaboration education, double wins". It has achieved good implementation effect and social response, fulfilled the requirements of The Times of writing papers on the motherland, and cultivated a large number of application-oriented, compound high-level engineering technology and engineering management talents for the national construction industry.
