“边界理论”视角下研究生师生关系异化成因及对策研究

    摘要:

    近年来我国研究生教育发展迅速,招生规模不断扩大,但同时研究生培养也存在诸多问题,师生关系异化即是典型问题之一。本文基于齐美尔“边界理论”的视角,发现研究生师生关系“权责边界、利益边界与行动边界模糊”是导致研究生师生关系异化的重要原因。因此,通过完善师生关系制度规范、倡导师生平等互动理念进而构建清晰边界是预防和化解研究生师生关系异化的关键。

    Abstract:

    At present,China's graduate education has developed rapidly and the enrollment scale has been expanding continuously, but at the same time, there are many problems in graduate education, and alienation of teacher-student relationship is one of the typical problems. From the perspective of Simmel's "boundary theory", this paper finds that the "ambiguous boundary between power and responsibility, interests and actions" is an important reason for the alienation of the teacher-student relationship. Therefore, it is the key to prevent and dissolve the alienation of teacher-student relationship by perfecting the system norms of teacher-student relationship, advocating the concept of equal interaction between teachers and students, and then constructing a clear boundary.
