应用型人才是当前主要的人才缺口之一,但传统教学方法无法满足应用型人才的培养需求,课程教学改革是完善应用型人才培养体系的一个关键环节。在分析了应用型本科学生特点和课堂教学问题的基础上,提出了课堂教学过程中的四大核心问题,并基于此问题导向,遵循“两性一度”金课标准,以《土力学》为例,分析了当代课程特点、设计了教学过程和考核标准、分析了学生成绩,并进行了教学反思,开展了基于SPOC的应用型本科院校工程类课程的混合式教学研究与实践,实践表明:通过将传统课堂与围绕联网和信息技术建立的新教学生态系统的有机融合,在不增加课时的基础上有效增加了课程难度,激发了学生学习主动性,实践效果良好。为应用型高校工科专业课程深入建设和应用SPOC开展混合式教学,更好的实践“以学生为中心,以结果为导向,以能力培养为目标”的教学理念提供借鉴。

The applied talent is one of major talent gaps currently. However, the traditional teaching methods cannot meet the needs of cultivating applied technical talents. Classroom teaching reform is an important link in improving applied talent-cultivation system. In this paper, Characteristics of applied undergraduate students and problems of their classroom teaching are analyzed first, and four key problems in classroom teaching process are put forward. Based on these four problems and followed the criteria of golden course, the research and practice on blended learning based on SPOC is carried out with the < soil mechanics> course as an example. Contemporary course characteristics are discussed, teaching process and examination criteria are designed, students’scores are analyzed and teaching review is conducted. The practice shows that course difficulty is increased effectively without the increase of class hours after blended learning, study initiatives are improved and good effects have been got. Aiming to provide application-oriented universities a reference of developing blended learning with SPOC and a better practice of “student-centered, outcome-based and ability oriented “teaching concepts.
