    摘要:

    《建设法规》是土木工程本科专业一门重要的建设法规类课程。根据“工程师能力素质—认证标准—专业规范”融合要求,以《建设法规》课程为研究对象,研究了土木工程专业《建设法规》的课程目标及能力要求、课程目标与毕业要求的关系、教学内容及学时分配、教学方法设计、课程考核方法及课程目标达成度评价等内容。研究成果对于工程教育认证背景下,土木工程和工程管理类课程教学大纲编制具有重要参考价值。

    Abstract:

    Construction law is an important kind of law curriculum in civil engineering specialty. In the line with the joint requirements for engineer capacity, accreditation standard, and professional specifications, the curriculum of construction law is chosen as the study target, whose curriculum aims and capacity requirement, the relationship between curriculum aims and graduation standards, teaching contents and arrangement, teaching method design, curriculum test methods, and evaluation of curriculum aims. The research results have important complications for making curriculum syllabuses of civil engineering, and engineering management specialty in the context of engineering education accreditation.
