建筑设备课程涉及建筑给排水、暖通和电气等三大专业,教学上包括理论知识、施工图纸和设备施工安装等。该课程涉及专业门类多,规范多、知识点琐碎,教学难度较大。在应用型本科宽口径、深基础和重实践的人才培养目标下,建筑设备教学从过去的纯理论教学逐渐向理论与实践结合的方向转变。问题—图纸案例—实训三者交叉融合的教学模式,通过问题教学法强化建筑设备理论知识学习,在理论讲授中强调联系图纸案例;通过系统的图纸学习提高学生实际应用能力同时巩固理论知识;通过现场实训或模拟实训增强学生对设备的安装认识。问题-图纸案例-实训的教学模式着重解决在建筑设备教学中,理论如何更好地联系实际以及处理好理论与实践之间关系的问题。通过该教学模式,对比纯理论教学课程评价,学生对课程的认可度提高,课程考核成绩呈上升趋势,学生反馈出的课程问题从教学方式上往课程内容方面转变,反映该教学模式能够提高课程教学质量。

Building Equipment involves three majors: building water supply and drainage, HVAC and building electrical. This course involves so much professional knowledge that teaching is difficult.The teaching of ‘building equipment’ includes theoretical knowledge, construction drawings and equipment installation. This paper puts forward the teaching method of the question-construction drawing-engineering training to improve the teaching effect of the course. In the paper, the problem-based teaching method is used to strengthen the students’ theoretical knowledge of construction equipment. The course improves students’ practical application ability through construction drawing teaching. The course enhances students’ understanding of equipment installation through on-site training.
