The establishment of a professional degree postgraduate tutor team combining universities and enterprises is an important measure for innovative talent training models. The composition and operation management system of university-enterprise cooperation tutor team, the practical teaching reform, the curriculum construction, and the quality control and evaluation of degree thesis were summarized based on the pilot work of professional degree postgraduate team guidance, a project of university-enterprise cooperation training model reform in Wuhan University of Technology. The results promoted the change and innovation in the training mode of professional degree postgraduate. The tutor team with multi-disciplinary background promoted the knowledge innovation and technological innovation in postgraduate education.
