    摘要:

    教育部重点实验室作为普通高校重要的科研实验公共平台,其建设与管理是推进高校实现科研资源开放共享的有效手段[1]。研究以重庆大学山地城镇建设与新技术教育部重点实验室为例,结合实际问题,总结实验室建设中5项主要的实践经验:①合理人才梯次,加强领军人才引育;②增强研究保障,加大硬件投入力度;③产学研用融合,促进科教平台发展;④立足山地特色,扩大对外学术交流;⑤管理虚实交替,实现硬件权益共享。为高校科研实验公共平台——教育部重点实验室运行建设管理提供一些参考建议。

    Abstract:

    The key laboratory of the ministry of education is an important Public Platform for scientific research experiments in universities. Take the Key Laboratory of New Technology for Construction of Cities in Mountain Area for example, combined with practical problems, this paper introduces five main experiences in laboratory construction : Rationalization of talent echelon construction by introducing leading talents; Enhance research security by increasing hardware investment; Integration of industry, education, research and application to promote the development of science and education platform; Based on the characteristics of mountainous areas, expanding academic exchanges with foreign countries; Managing virtual and reality alternation, realizing hardware environment usage to be shared. It’s helpful for operation and construction management of the key laboratory of Education Ministry.
