    摘要:

    乡村振兴和粤港澳大湾区建设为农业院校土木工程专业人才培养提供了新的发展机遇。为实现农业院校土木工程专业“懂管理、精设计、能施工”一体化人才培养目标,通过整合校内外教学资源,遵循“工为本,工农结合”的办学特色,创建体现农业院校特色的“五位一体”人才培养模式。在课程体系、实验教学体系、学生科技团队、师资队伍、教学质量监控保障体系等方面进行了建设。实践表明,“五位一体”人才培养模式在教学条件建设、师资队伍教研水平、学生综合能力和社会影响方面都取得了良好效果。

    Abstract:

    The Rural Revitalization and the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Marco Greater Bay Area provide new opportunities for the development of civil engineering professionals in agricultural universities. In order to realize the goal of integrative talents training of civil engineering specialty in agricultural universities, which is "the knowledge of managerial,design and construction”, we should integrate the teaching resources inside and outside the school, Following the school-running characteristics of "work-based, combination of industry and agriculture", a “Five-in-One” talent training mode is created to reflect the characteristics of agricultural universities. The curriculum system,experimental teaching system, science and technology team of student, teaching staff , teaching quality monitoring and guarantee system have been constructed. Practice shows that the “Five-in-One” talent training model has achieved good results in terms of teaching conditions, teaching and research level of teachers, students’ comprehensive ability, demonstration and promotion of construction results and social impact.
