    本文面向“新工科”和建筑业发展需求,针对校企合作共建智慧建筑学院的土木工程专业人才培养方案进行研究,明确了面向建筑工业化和智能化确立培养目标,通过构建“工科通识平台、土木专业基础平台、新技术与交叉学科模块、工程与社会模块、创新创业模块和智慧建造方向模块”,形成适应地方本科院校土木工程专业改造升级的课程体系,并通过采取“引企入教”和校企多主体合作的“3+1”培养模式,以智慧建筑学院为载体,开展实践研究,在培养企业急需的适应建筑工业化、数字化、智能化发展的应用型本科人才方面进行了大胆尝试,取得了良好的效果,可供同类院校开展新工科专业建设参考。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, talents cultivation plan of civil engineering major of intelligent construction college to meet the needs of emerging engineering education and the development of construction industry was studied. In the plan, training objective was established to meet demand of industrialization and intellectualization in construction, curriculum system was constructed which include engineering general education platform, professional foundation of civil engineering platform, new technology and interdisciplinary module, engineering and social module, innovation module and intelligent construction module. A "3+1" training mode based on multi-agent cooperation was adopted which introducing enterprise to participate in education. It is to cultivate the application-oriented undergraduate talents who are adapt to the development of industrialization, digitization and intelligence of construction and needed by enterprises. It plays well in intelligent construction college and can provides reference for similar colleges to carry out emerging engineering education major construction.
