本文从国家及全球形势着眼,结合沈阳工业大学建筑与土木工程学院办学特色,提出以“引进—输出—共建”为特征,基于全面提升学生国际化创新能力的“1-2-3-6”模式,即“1个目标、2个层面、3个能力、6项保障”。“1个目标”是以培养国际化创新型人才为目标；“2个层面”即支撑目标的两个层面即“国际化条件”和“国际化素养”；“3个技能”即“国际化意识、国际化能力、国际化视野”；6项保障即从培养机制、师资、平台到实战等所采取的六项保障措施。通过对土建类国家化人才培养体系的建构及研究,不断积累、总结出适合本科院校发展的国际化办学途径,为沈阳工业大学国际化化办学发展提供基石。
This paper focuses on national and global situations, combining the characteristics of school of Architecture and Civil Engineering of Shenyang University of Technology, the model of "1-2-3-6" based on comprehensively improving students" international innovation ability which is characterized by "input - output - build", named "One goal, Two levels, Three capabilities and Six guarantees"."one goal" is to cultivate international innovative talents as the goal;"Two levels" are supporting the goal namely "internationalization conditions" and "internationalization literacy"; "Three skills" is "international consciousness, international ability, international vision"; Six guarantees that is, from training mechanism, and the teachers, platform to combat measures taken. Through the construction and research of the national personnel training system of civil and architecture, this paper accumulates and summarizes the way of running an international school which is suitable for the development of university, and provides the foundation stone for the development of running an international school of Shenyang University of Technology.
