为进一步优化导师工作室教育模式,提升建筑类研究生的培养质量,在对工作室研究文献梳理的基础上,从思政教育、课程学习、学术能力和专业技能培养四个方面提出了工作室在建筑类研究生培养中的作用框架,然后采取问卷调查法对山东建筑大学建筑类研究生的培养效果进行评价,其中特别关注了有和无工作室培养经历两类研究生的差异,最后提出针对性优化策略。经研究发现,工作室已经成为该校建筑类研究生工作学习的主要空间载体之一,并在其培养过程中发挥着重要而积极的作用。虽被调查的样本整体上还存在学术成果产出质量不高等问题,但是有工作室培养经历的研究生,在思政教育、课程学习、学术能力和专业技能四个方面的培养效果更加突出。

The discussion is of great significance in further optimizing the supervisor studio education mode and improving the training quality of the Master of Architectural. Based on the literature review of supervisor studio research, the paper puts forward the framework of studio in the cultivation of architecture graduate students from four aspects: Ideological and political education, curriculum learning, academic ability and professional skills. Moreover, the survey adopted a questionnaire method to evaluate the training effect of the students in Shandong Jianzhu University, which paid attention to the difference between the two types of the students with and without studio training experience, and finally proposed targeted optimization strategies. The research shows that the studio has become one of the main space carriers for the Master of Architectural in Shandong Jianzhu University, and plays an important and positive role in the training process. Although there are still some problems about the poor quality of academic output in the samples surveyed, the training effect of the Master of Architectural Major with studio training experience in Ideological and political education, curriculum learning, academic ability and professional skills is more prominent.
