    摘要:

    基于土木工程专业新工科建设需要,结合专业人才培养特色构建应用型人才培养目标实践体系。根据土木工程专业本科生能力培养与职业发展特色,结合第一课堂专业层面实践教学环节的“项目制一体化设计”及课下科技创新活动的针对性开展,形成明确的“耙向性”创新+专业实践能力培养体系,实现土木工程专业具有创新意识+专业综合实践能力的人才培养目标。近三年的实施实践结果表明,土木专业的学生入校即知四年来需研究的目标与学习任务,再通过创新能力培养平台及专业实践教学环节训练,指向性培养专业所需要的能力,达到所要求的毕业要求及人才培养目标,提高就业竞争能力及社会服务能力。

    Abstract:

    Based on new engineering education needs for civil engineering, the paper proposes a new training system pointed to characteristic training practical talents. A project mode for professional practical of the first course is strengthen effectively by a series of creativity & innovation off class, in order to perform the definite directive training system?of “Creativity?&?innovation +” professional practical ability for Civil Engineering. The recent three years results show that first-year postgraduates have a clear understanding to what they should do and how to do. The next important task for them is to perform with the help of both series creativity & innovation activities and professional practical ability. The whole Talent Training Goal?with creativity & innovation may be realized step by step to adapt the social development for undergraduates.
