基于BIM的应用型本科工程管理专业《工程造价管理》课程设计与组织——以广东海洋大学寸金学院为例

    摘要:

    随着信息技术的不断发展,我国目前处于互联网+、人工智能、大数据时代,随着5G技术的到来,新时代即将进入到一个万物互联的时代,随着工业信息化的发展,BIM(建筑信息模型)成为建筑工程领域的一大变革,新的时代的发展必然对人才的需求提出新的要求,工程领域传统的教学体系和传统的教学内容可能已经不太适合新时代的要求,在此背景下,本文首先分析目前基于BIM的工程管理专业课程发展现状,以广东海洋大学寸金学院为例,探讨基于BIM的应用型本科院校工程管理专业《工程造价管理》课程设计与组织,为应用型本科院校工程管理专业《工程造价管理》课程设计和组织提供参考。

    Abstract:

    With the continuous development of information technology, our country at present in the Internet +, artificial intelligence, big data era, with the arrival of the 5 g technology, the new era is about to enter into an age of all things connected, with the development of industrial informatization, BIM (building information model) to become a great transformation in the field of construction engineering, the development of new era inevitably puts forward new requirements to talented person's demand, traditional engineering teaching system and the traditional teaching content might not be suited to the demands of a new age has, under this background, this article first analysis of the present development of engineering management major based on BIM course, Taking Chujin College of Guangdong Ocean University as an example, this paper discusses the course design and organization of Project Cost Management, an application-oriented undergraduate engineering management major based on BIM, so as to provide reference for the course design and organization of Project Cost Management, an application-oriented undergraduate engineering management major.
