转变思维、因材施教 —— “雏鹰计划”课程引发的教学反思

    摘要:

    “雏鹰计划”是衔接高校与高中的一座桥梁,计划实施多年来,既为高中学子提供了深入研究科学技术的机会,也为各大高校培育了众多具有良好科研基础的人才。“雏鹰计划”不仅能激发高中学子对科学研究的兴趣和热情,培养学生的科学素养、创新意识和实践能力,也是高校回馈社会、展示自身形象的重要途径。以高校、高中相联合的“双高”模式下,提供了培育创新人才的重要平台。笔者在参与“雏鹰计划”教学及项目研究过程中,通过与学员们的沟通与研讨,也对雏鹰计划的开展体会良多。本文通过对笔者在指导雏鹰计划项目全过程的回顾,探讨在“双高”合作机制下科研课题的特殊性、科研方法的独特性、科研手段的多元性;也从雏鹰学员的角度,分析了针对雏鹰学员的培养措施与特点、培养过程中需把握的关键性内容,并以此对高校科研的开展与人才培养方式进行了展望。

    Abstract:

    The "Eaglet program" is a bridge between universities and high schools. Over the years, the plan has not only provided high school students with opportunities to study science and technology in depth, but also cultivated many talents with good scientific research foundation for universities. "Eaglet program" can not only stimulate high school students' interest and enthusiasm for scientific research, but also cultivate students' scientific literacy, innovation consciousness and practical ability. It is also an important way for colleges and universities to give back to the society and show their own image. Under the "colleges & high school" mode of University and high school, it provides an important platform for cultivating innovative talents. In the process of participating in the teaching and project research of the "Eaglet program", the author has a lot of experience in carrying out the project through communication and discussion with the students. Based on the review of the whole process of guiding the phase of the project, this paper discusses the particularity of scientific research subject, the uniqueness of scientific research methods and the diversity of scientific research means under the "colleges & high school" cooperation mechanism. From the perspective of Eaglet students, it also analyzes the training measures and characteristics of Eaglet students, and the key content to be grasped in the training process, and the future development of Eaglet program. Finally, we look forward to it.
