为了了解在智慧社区建设和社区科普信息化双重背景下城市社区居民的智慧科普现状,掌握城市社区居民在科普渠道、内容和形式等方面的期许,进而探寻实现城市社区智慧科普、精准科普的有效途径和方法。通过对全国849份问卷的统计,结果显示：居民科普需求集中在生存和生活层面、使用智慧平台(程序)频繁、居民从社区中获取科普知识有限、社区科普的满意度有待提高。为此,要以居民需求为导向,提供智慧化的精准服务、创新社区科普形式和渠道、完善社区与居民双向互动机制、整合社会组织和辖区单位的科普资源。

In order to understand the present situation of urban community residents under the background of smart community construction and community science popularization information,mastering the expectations of urban community residents in terms of popular science channels, contents and forms,and then explore the effective ways and methods to realize the urban community wisdom science popularization and precision science popularization.Through statistics on 849 questionnaires nationwide, the results show that: The demand for popular science among residents is concentrated on the level of survival and life,use smart platforms frequently,residents from the community to obtain limited knowledge of popular science, community satisfaction with popular science needs to be improved. Therefore, it is necessary to provide intelligent and accurate services, innovate the forms and channels of community science popularization, perfect the two-way interaction mechanism between community and residents, and integrate the popular science resources of social organizations and units under the jurisdiction.
