    摘要:

    “三全育人”要求在“立德树人”前提下通过“全员、全过程、全方位”的措施与路径提升人才培养的针对性和实效性。跨学科(专业)生源硕士生具有明显的特点,经过分析,发现化“劣势”为“优势”是提高其科研素质的突破口,但其优劣势转化之间存在一个巨大的鸿沟,如何弥补这一个鸿沟,是问题解决的关键。基于“三全育人”思想,构建了跨学科(专业)生源硕士生培养机制,包括通过四位一体育人机制实现“全员育人”;注重培养全过程与关键环节,实现“全过程育人”;合力保障,提高培养质量,实现“全方位育人” 。

    Abstract:

    "Three Integrity Education" requires continuous improvement of the pertinence and effectiveness of talent training through all employees, the whole process, and all-round measures and paths. Interdisciplinary (professional) graduate students have obvious characteristics. After analysis, it is found that turning "disadvantages" into "strengths" is a breakthrough to improve the quality of scientific research, but there is a huge gap between their advantages and disadvantages. How to make up for this gap is the key to problem solving. Based on the idea of "three integrity education", a master's cultivation mechanism for interdisciplinary (professional) students has been constructed, including the realization of “full-staff education” through the “four into one” system, realization of "full-process education" through the whole process and key links of the cultivation; realization of "all-round education" through the joint efforts.
