对学生综合素质的培养是教育改革的重要目标,工科大学教师课堂教学不仅要提高学生的理论知识水平,培养学生的专业技能,而且应恰当地将价值观念、职业道德观念、专业法律观念等渗透到教学的每一个环节。以土力学课程为例,通过选用身边的案例使学生参与其中,将数值模拟方法引入课堂增强理论知识直观性,抓住本质、以点带面理清知识点之间的联系等方法激发学习和科研兴趣,增强教学效果;在学生参与的案例教学中发掘课堂思政元素培养学生专业自豪感、社会责任感和科学求实的精神,从多方面培养有知识、有担当的综合型人才。

It is a very important goal of education goal to improve the students’ comprehensive quality. As a university teacher in an engineering college, he should not only teach students professional knowledge to improve students" theoretical level but penetrated the values and professional ethics properly into the whole process of teaching to help them develop correct professional outlook and values appropriately. Take soil mechanics course as an example, the teacher shows engineering case with purposeful choice around students to stimulate students’ interest. So the students can take part in the case and do some useful things to teaching work. Numerical simulation method is introduced into the classroom to increase the intuitiveness of theoretical knowledge. Grasp the essence, clarify the relationship between knowledge points to stimulate interest in learning and scientific research, enhance the teaching effect. Exploring the ideological and political elements in classroom in case teaching to cultivate students" sense of seeking truth from facts and social responsibility. Training talents with knowledge and responsibility for the construction of the new era.
