为推动土木工程专业硕士培养模式的深化改革,以重庆大学土木工程学院土木工程专业硕士为研究对象,调查了目前土木工程专业硕士的培养现状；从课程设置、导师制、专业实践等方面,总结了目前土木工程专业硕士培养现状；并对相关问题提出相应的对策,为土木工程专业硕士培养助力。

In order to promote the deepening reform of the training model for masters in civil engineering, the current status of the training of masters in civil engineering was investigated with the master of civil engineering from the School of Civil Engineering of Chongqing University as the research object; summarized from the aspects of curriculum, tutorial system, professional practice, etc. The current status of the master"s training in civil engineering is analyzed; and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward to related problems to help the master"s training in civil engineering.
