专业教育阶段是进行工程伦理意识培养的最重要最有效时期,为了增强工程伦理教育的学习成效,本研究聚焦工程伦理教育提升路径,构建了提升路径的分析框架模型,并利用偏小二乘法探究学习成效的影响机制。以期通过检验工程伦理教育有效的学习路径来提出当前我国工程伦理教育的合理架构,进而实现促进工程人才的全面成长和高效工程人才培养的目标。

The professional education stage is the most important and most effective period for the cultivation of engineering ethics awareness. In order to explore how to enhance the learning effectiveness of engineering ethics education, the research focuses on engineering ethics education promotion path, constructs a path promotion analysis framework model, and uses PLS to explore the influence mechanism of learning effectiveness. It is expected to put forward the reasonable structure of engineering ethics education in our country by examining the effective learning path of engineering ethics education, so as to realize the goal of promoting the comprehensive growth of engineering talents and the efficient training of engineering talents.
