创新实践能力培养需要在前人的研究基础上开展，前人的研究工作对工科大学生渐进式创新具有重要意义。以中国矿业大学建环专业《学科前沿》课程为例，介绍了课程的基本情况以及学生在完成课程论文时文献引用情况；基于对近3~5年文献的引用数据，揭示学生对新文献的重视程度；通过对比中外文文献引用情况，指出国内学生在整理论文时不注重搜集国际前沿研究发展的事实，并给出了可能的原因。最后，对工科大学生论文写作过程中参考文献引用情况进行了总结，并给出了部分建议。

The cultivation of innovation practical ability needs to be carried out on the basis of the previous investigations, and the previous research work plays an important role in the engineering students' progressive innovation. We take the course of "frontier in discipline" as an example to introduce the basic situation of the course and the literature citation of students when completing the course paper; analyze the emphasis to the new literature in recent 3-5 years and the citation data; compare the literature citation of Chinese and foreign languages, point out that domestic students do not pay enough attention to collecting the development status of international research when sorting out the papers. The possible reasons are given. Finally, the paper summarizes the references cited in the process of Engineering College Students' thesis writing, and gives some suggestions.
