新一轮科技革命和产业变革对建筑行业的形态、分工及组织方式产生了巨大影响。地方高等院校土木工程专业作为为地方、国家建筑行业培养专业人才的重要基地，如何在这百年未有之大变局中对传统土木工程专业进行改造升级，培养适应新时代产业发展需求的人才是亟需思考并解决的问题。本文主要呈现本专业在新工科背景下地方院校传统土木工程专业改造升级过程中的一些探索与思考，以期在不断提升本专业建设水平以及我省建筑行业的技术水平和影响力的同时，能为其他地方院校土木工程专业改造升级提供参考。

The new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation have had a huge impact on the form, division and organization of the construction industry. Civil engineering majors in local colleges and universities are important bases for cultivating professional talents for the local and national construction industry. It is a very critical issue to transform and upgrade the traditional civil engineering major in the unprecedented changes in this century, and to train talents who can meet the needs of industrial development in the new era. This article mainly presents some explorations and reflections in the process of upgrading the traditional civil engineering major of local colleges and universities under the background of the new engineering discipline, in order to continuously improve the professional construction level and the technical level and influence of the construction industry in our province.
