中文摘要：课程思政是落实党对高校思想政治工作主导权、培养时代新人的有效途径，正在众多高校如火如荼推进。华中科技大学《房地产管理》课程教学团队经过多年摸索实践，找到了课程思政隐性育人的普适性路径和针对性举措，并通过专业课堂教学“守好一段渠、种好责任田”，为党育人为国育才、培养社会主义建设者和接班人取得一定成效。然而深入研究发现，面向公共事业管理专业、政治学与行政学专业开设，旨在培养国家机关及其组成部门新生力量的《房地产管理》课程仅仅追求隐性思政显然不够，必须实现显性思政、显性育人、有声育人、旗帜鲜明育人。当前，宣传贯彻落实习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想显然是《房地产管理》课程思政的首要任务、压倒性任务。本文提出以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想统领《房地产管理》课程内容体系的创新思路，并根据“七个坚持”的理论骨架厘定本课程的章节框架和具体内容。本文对众多管理类课程深入推进习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想入脑入心，教化广大学生成为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想坚定信仰者、忠实践行者、积极传播者，具有重要参考价值。 中文关键词：习近平新时代中国特色社会主义经济思想；《房地产管理》课程；课程思政

Curriculum ideological and political education is an effective way to implement the party's leading role in the ideological and political work in Colleges and universities and to cultivate new people of the times, which is in full swing in many colleges and universities. After several years of exploration and practice, the teaching team of real estate management in Huazhong University of science and technology has not only found the universal path and targeted measures of Ideological and political education, but also made remarkable achievements in cultivating talents for the party, the country and the socialist builders and successors through professional classroom teaching. However, in-depth study found that the course of real estate management，open to the majors of public affairs management and politics and administration, aiming at cultivating the new force of government agencies and their constituent departments, is obviously not enough to pursue implicit ideological and political education but must pursue explicit ideological and political education, explicit education, sound education and clear-cut education. At present, the propaganda and implementation of Xi Jinping's new socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics is obviously the first and overwhelming task of ideological and political education for the course of real estate management. This paper proposes the innovative thinking of the content system of real estate management under the guidance of Xi Jinping's new socialist economic thought with China's characteristics, and determines the framework and specific contents of the course according to the theoretical skeleton of seven persistence. This article has great reference value for many management courses to further promote Xi Jinping's new socialist thought with Chinese characteristics and to cultivate students as Xi Jinping's strong believers, loyal practitioners and active communicators in China's new era China's socialist ideology.
