新工科是在新经济、新产业背景下应运而生的教育新模式,在理论教学和实践教学的交叉螺旋进行中,促进学生的全面发展,将社会责任感、历史使命感、工程意识、实践能力、创新精神和工匠精神的培育渗透到高校工科教育的每个角落,坚持把培养社会主义建设者和接班人作为教育的重要使命。作为工科教育“半壁江山”的实践教学,与理论教学一样承担着思政育人的责任和义务。在高校新工科建设的背景下,针对港航专业实践教学环节中课程思政的建设现状和存在的问题,同济大学港口航道与海岸工程专业在新工科建设要求指导下,对专业实践教学环节中的基础必修类和进阶类的课程进行思政总体设计,提炼思政元素,构建实践教学中的思政教学体系,建立育人效果评价体系,并结合培养计划和新工科立德树人根本任务展开案例分析与讨论。

The basic compulsory and advanced courses are designed for the overall ideological and political design, the ideological and political elements are refined, the ideological and political teaching system in practical teaching is constructed, the education effect evaluation system is established, and the training plan and the new engineering discipline are established.
