首先，通过对工科院校专业学位研究生“工程伦理”课程教学目标及教学现状进行分析，提出案例库建设的必要性；其次，基于给水工程、排水工程、建筑给排水工程、给排水管网及水环境生态修复等五个子领域构建市政工程领域工程伦理案例库；最后，通过案例库的教学实践与教学反馈，探讨案例库建设的价值所在。结果表明，市政工程领域工程伦理案例库的建设推动了专业学位研究生培养模式的改革，能够活跃课堂氛围、提高师生双向互动频率，促进学生深入理解、掌握理论知识并将其灵活应用于工程实践中，有效提升学生理论联系实践的综合能力。因此，这对提高市政工程领域专业学位研究生工程伦理意识、积极履行社会责任具有重要意义，且可为其他专业学位研究生案例库建设与教学实践提供参考。
Firstly, the necessity of case database construction was put forward through analyzing the teaching goal and present teaching situation of the engineering ethics course for postgraduates with professional degrees in engineering universities. Secondly, the case database of engineering ethics in municipal engineering field was constructed based on the five sub-fields such as water supply engineering, wastewater engineering, building water supply and drainage engineering, water supply and drainage pipe network and ecological restoration of water environment. Finally, the value of the case database construction was explored through its teaching practice and teaching feedback.The results showed that the case database of engineering ethics in municipal engineering field promoted the reform of the training mode of professional degree postgraduates, which could activate the classroom atmosphere and increase the frequency of mutual interaction between teachers and students. It also promoted students to understand deeply, master theoretical knowledge and apply it to engineering practice flexibly, thereby effectively improving their integration capability of combing theory with practice. Thus, it is of great significance for professional degree postgraduates in the municipal engineering field to improve the engineering ethics consciousness and fulfill social responsibilities actively. In addition, it also can provide references for other professional degree postgraduates in the case database construction and teaching practice.
