[摘要]
在深化产教融合、协同育人的改革中,存在不同程度的“学校热、企业冷”等现象。为此,重庆大学房地产开发与管理专业构建了基于三螺旋理论的“三链协同”人才培养体系,以创新创业型人才的培养为目标,系统整合课程链、人才链和产业链,以“产业链”引导“课程链”,以“人才链”匹配“产业链”,以“课程链”关联“人才链”。在“一流专业”建设过程中,逐步探索并实践了“全程、深度、共赢”的校企合作卓越人才培养模式,建立了企业全程深入参与人才培养的“四大通道”,构建了“七维一体”的企业全程深度参与路径,通过校企共建优质教学平台,优质资源导入与共享,企业参与人才培养全过程等途径具体实施,为产教融合、校企合作改革提供了可借鉴的范式。

In the reform of deepening the integration of industry and education and collaborative education, there are some problems, such as "the school is hot, the enterprise is cold". Therefore, the real estate of Chongqing University developed a "three chain cooperation" talent training system based on the triple helix theory, which systematically integrated curriculum chain, talent chain and industry chain, guided "curriculum chain" with "industry chain", matched "industry chain" with "talent chain", and connected "talent chain" with "curriculum chain". And in the process of “first-class specialty”construction, further explored and practiced the “whole process,depth,win-win”school-enterprise cooperation excellent talent training mode, and established the “four channels” for enterprises to participate in the whole process of talent training, through the participation of enterprises and industry associations in specialty construction, the joint construction of high-quality teaching platform by schools and enterprises, the introduction and sharing of high-quality resources, and the participation of enterprises in the whole process of talent training. Remarkable achievements have been made in education, and it provides a model for the integration of industry and education and the reform of school-enterprise cooperation.
