    摘要:

    智能建造是建筑行业高质量发展和转型升级的必然趋势,它在工业化和信息化的高度融合下,利用新技术利用新技术对工程建造过程赋能,推动工程建造活动的生产要素、生产力和生产关系升级。智能建造的出现从设计、生产、施工、运维全链条的重构了产品形态、技术方法和管理模式,对应的对支撑行业升级的人才需求也产生了变化。面向智能建造专业人才所需知识和能力的新需求,本文系统的搭建了具有特色的跨学科融合培养体系,介绍了重庆大学智能建造专业建设方案,从培养目标、课程体系、教学模式等方面介绍了该专业的创新探索和思考,为我国智能建造专业的人才培养和相关专业建设提供了参考借鉴。

    Abstract:

    Intelligent construction is the inevitable trend of high-quality development and transformation and upgrading of the construction industry. Under the high integration of industrialization and information technology, it uses new technology to enable the construction process, and promotes the upgrading of factors of production, productivity and production relations of engineering construction activities. The emergence of intelligent construction has reconstructed the product form, technical method and management mode in the whole chain of design, production, construction, operation and maintenance, and the corresponding demand for talents to support industrial upgrading has also changed. To meet the new demands of knowledge and ability required by intelligent construction professionals, this paper systematically sets up a distinctive interdisciplinary integrated training system, introduces the construction plan of Chongqing University"s intelligent construction major, and introduces the innovative exploration and thinking of this major from the aspects of training objectives, course system and teaching mode. It provides a reference for the talent training of intelligent construction specialty and the construction of related specialty in China.
