财经类高校缺乏工程技术专业背景支撑、实践教学环节不扎实,迫切需要将BIM技术融人到工程管理专业教学中,而BIM课程体系如何构建成为难点。国内外大学BIM课程开设情况、财经类高校专业教学优缺点及文献研究表明,财经类高校工程管理专业BIM课程体系应以有效提高工程技术理论课程教学效果、与工程经济管理核心课程充分融合、用课赛实训夯实实践教学环节为主要目标,设置BIM基础理论与软件操作课程群、工程技术理论辅助课程群、工程经济管理融合课程群、综合实践应用提高课程群,形成将理论和实训融为一体的“1+3”BIM课程体系,为财经类以至师范农林类高校工程管理专业BIM教学课程体系构建提供具有指导意义的思路和方法。

Colleges of finance and economics lack engineering technology professional background support, and the practical teaching links are not solid. There is an urgent need to integrate BIM technology into the training of engineering management professionals. How to accurately build a BIM curriculum system has become a difficult point. The establishment of BIM courses in domestic and foreign universities, the advantages and disadvantages of professional teaching in finance and economics universities, and literature research show that the BIM curriculum system for engineering management majors in finance and economic universities should effectively improve the teaching effect of engineering technology theory courses, and fully integrate and use the core courses of engineering economic management. The main goal of the class competition is to consolidate the practical teaching link, and set up BIM basic theory and software operation course group, engineering technology theory auxiliary course group, engineering economic management integration course group, comprehensive practical application improvement course group, forming a combination of theory and practice As an integrated "1+3" BIM curriculum system, it is expected to provide practical guidance for the accurate construction of the BIM teaching curriculum system for engineering management majors in financial universities.
