国土空间规划是主体功能区规划、土地利用规划、城乡规划等“多规合一”的空间规划。国土空间规划体系全过程全面融合GIS基础平台，表现在技术标准、基础研究、规划编制、信息平台建设等多个环节均需要大量的GIS理论和技术作为有力支撑。由此，我国构建国土空间规划背景下，面对城乡规划GIS课程教学的“旧疾”与“新题”，“强基”是发挥GIS课程在国土空间规划体系中支撑作用的有效途径。城乡规划专业GIS课程必须进一步强化其在规划中的基础支撑作用，强化GIS基础理论与方法的教学；在教学内容、教学方法以及教学组织需主动革新、与时俱进，寻求与新时代国土空间规划体系相衔接的教学应变途径，不断强化学生的技术实操能力和基础创新思维，以期培养符合新时期国土空间规划体系需求的实用创新人才。
The spatial planning is a planning system of multi planning integration of main function area planning, land use planning, urban and rural planning. The whole process of the spatial planning system is integrated with GIS basic platform, including technical standards, basic research, planning preparation, information platform construction and so on, which need a lot of GIS tools and technologies as strong support. Therefore, the teaching content, teaching methods and teaching organization of GIS course of urban and rural planning major need to innovate actively and keep pace with the times, seek the teaching emergency way that connects with the spatial planning system of the new era, and constantly improve the students" technical practical ability and innovative thinking ability, so as to cultivate practical and innovative talents who meet the needs of the spatial planning system in the new era.
