    本文立足新时代“三全育人”的新要求,分析构建了全人教育、思政教育和科研育人层层递升的高校育人三层次“金字塔”体系,进一步对照城乡规划专业特点和需求,提出了基于三层次“金字塔”体系的城乡规划专业“三三三”育人模式,并结合东南大学城乡规划专业教学和人才培养实践,明确了其具体内涵,总结了其实践做法和人才培养的实际成效。

    Abstract:

    In this paper, based on the demand of the new period , the analysis to build the whole person education, ideological education and scientific education layers of ascending the three-level system of "pyramid" education in colleges, the further comparison between urban and rural planning professional characteristics and requirements, was proposed based on the three levels of the system of "pyramid" professional "333" teaching mode of urban and rural planning, Combined with the teaching and personnel training practice of the urban and rural planning major in Southeast University, this paper clarifies its specific connotation and summarizes its practical practices and the actual results of personnel training.
