《结构力学》课程是土木工程、铁道工程、水利工程等专业的核心专业基础课,是连接基础课和专业课的重要桥梁。北京交通大学《结构力学I》获批2020年首批国家线下一流本科课程,标志着我校结构力学课程建设和人才培养工作进入了一个新阶段。针对课程建设过程中遇到的问题和难点,教学团队以立德树人为根本,以培养未来多元化、创新性卓越人才为目标,以提高课程的高阶性、突出课程的创新性、增加课程的挑战度为课程建设的基本要求,提出了“感性入手、理性探究”的“3E+3E”工程化教学理念。在教学实施过程中,分别从课程思政的承载、教学目标的优化、教学方法的创新几个方面进行了积极探索和实践。教学实践表明:“3E+3E”工程化教学理念不仅为“课程思政”和“两性一度”建设的融合提供了新思路,而且为知识、能力、素质全面发展的人才培养创造了条件,为“传授式”教学向“探究式”教学之培养模式的转变探索了一条有益途径。

Structural Mechanics is one of the professional foundation courses for the civil engineering, railway engineering, hydraulic engineering, and plays the role of bridge between the foundation course and the professional course. The “Structural Mechanics I” constructed by Beijing Jiaotong University is firstly approved to be first-class course by Ministry of Education in 2020, which indicates the course construction and the talent cultivation are coming to a new stage. In order to find a way out of the problems and difficulties during the construction of Structural Mechanics, the “3E+3E” engineered teaching ideas following “first emotional perception, then rational exploration” is proposed, in which the moral cultivation plays the guiding role, the diversified and distinguished engineering talents with innovation spirits is taken for the cultivating goal, and reforming the course by improving its high level, highlighting its innovation, and increasing its challenge level is the basic requirement. By means of effectively carrying out the blending of the ideological and political education in Structural Mechanics, optimization of teaching objectives, innovation of teaching methods during whole process, the first-class course construction of Structural Mechanics is explored. The practice results show that the proposed teaching ideas can not only provide the new thinking for the construction of “ideological and political education” and “high-level, innovative and challenging course”, but also create the conditions for realizing the cultivation of talents simultaneously with knowledge, capacity, and quality, and moreover search for an advantage approach of teaching transform from “imparting teaching” to “inquiry teaching”.
