新工科产业建设是基于国家创新驱动发展战略要求，本文基于新工科背景下深入分析了工科研究生培养中存在的问题，以生物医学工程学科为例，以思政铸魂育人为初心，以多学科融合导师团为主要介质，以研究生双创双实一体化教学为主要载体，以生教协同平台、医企合作平台、科企共双创平台、教科研平台为依托，以“律、查、讲、谈、评、督”六位一体督查教学监察体系为保证，对工科研究生教学改革进行了探索，收到了较好的教学反馈，实现了对学生的知识结构、学习兴趣、学习能力、思维模式等方面进行全覆盖和全融入，形成了充满生机活力、多层次、可选择、具有专业特色的新工科研究生培养体系。
The construction of the new engineering industry is based on the requirements of the national innovation-driven development strategy. This article analyzes the problems in the training of engineering graduate students based on the background of the new engineering.
