    摘要:

    新工科产业建设是基于国家创新驱动发展战略要求,本文基于新工科背景下深入分析了工科研究生培养中存在的问题,以生物医学工程学科为例,以思政铸魂育人为初心,以多学科融合导师团为主要介质,以研究生双创双实一体化教学为主要载体,以生教协同平台、医企合作平台、科企共双创平台、教科研平台为依托,以“律、查、讲、谈、评、督”六位一体督查教学监察体系为保证,对工科研究生教学改革进行了探索,收到了较好的教学反馈,实现了对学生的知识结构、学习兴趣、学习能力、思维模式等方面进行全覆盖和全融入,形成了充满生机活力、多层次、可选择、具有专业特色的新工科研究生培养体系。

    Abstract:

    The construction of the new engineering industry is based on the requirements of the national innovation-driven development strategy. This article analyzes the problems in the training of engineering graduate students based on the background of the new engineering. Discipline integration tutor group is the main medium, the integrated teaching of postgraduate innovation and dual practice is the main carrier, and the platform for student-teaching collaboration, medical-enterprise cooperation platform, science-enterprise co-creation platform, and teaching and research As a support, "discipline, investigation, lecture, exchange, evaluation, supervision" six teaching supervision system as a guarantee,? We explores the teaching reform of engineering graduate students, received better teaching feedback, implements to student"s knowledge structure, interest in learning, learning ability, thinking mode, etc full coverage and full integration, formed a full of full of vitality, multi-level, optional, with professional characteristics of new engineering graduate education system.
