    摘要:

    我国大多数院校在"双一流"背景下积极提升建筑类研究生的综合能力以适应日趋严峻的就业压力,但传统培养模式仍存在诸如创新能力不足、实践欠缺等问题。本文针对现阶段双一流背景高校建筑类研究生现有培养与管理模式进行系统分析,结合多元协同管理方法,构建“优化型教学模式+纵向科研课题+学科竞赛+横向实践项目+产学研实战平台”“五位一体”的建筑类研究生创新培养模式, 加强学校-学院-研究团队-指导教师四者的衔接,保证各项教学科研任务有序进行,保证对学生管理的有效性。以此培养建筑类研究生具有较强的创新能力,同时具有一定的设计实践基础,最终达到自身的综合专业能力的提升。

    Abstract:

    Most colleges and universities in our country actively promote the employment competitiveness of construction graduate students under the background of "double first-class", but the employment prospects are still not optimistic, and the competitiveness has shown a downward trend. This article intends to adopt the existing training and management model of construction graduate The analysis, combined with the concept of multiple collaboration, proposes to build a "five-in-one" architecture graduate student innovation and practice combining the five units of "optimized teaching mode + vertical scientific research topics + discipline competition + horizontal practice projects + industry-university-research practical platform"ability training model .Colleges and universities should strengthen the connection of school, college, research team and instructors to ensure the orderly progress of various teaching and scientific research tasks and the effectiveness of student management. In these ways,we can guide students to develop their own comprehensive abilities and enhance professional abilities.
