    摘要:

    培养符合社会和国家需求人才是高校育人首要目标,随着国家“新工科”建设项目实施和“三全育人”理念倡导,高校改革现有人才培养体系已显得尤为必要。基于对所在高校土木类专业人才培养实践平台调研与分析,从全过程应用型人才培养所需实践平台体系的顶层设计、交叉融合综合实践平台构建、持续稳定校企协同育人机制建立、复合型实践教学团队组建及递进式实践教学体系设立等方面探讨与分析了应用型人才全过程培养实践平台体系的构建途径和方法,以为地方高校培养应用型人才培养提供参考。

    Abstract:

    It is the primary goal of education in universities to cultivate talents in line with the needs of society and the country. With the implementation of the national "engineering" construction project and the advocacy of the "three complete education" concept, it is particularly necessary for colleges and universities to reform the existing talent training system. Based on the investigation and analysis of practical teaching platform for whole process applied talent cultivation of civil engineering major in the University, it is to analyze the way and method of practical teaching platform for whole process applied talent cultivation under the background of engineering during period in Application-oriented Universities, which is from these terms: top level design of practice platform system, construction of cross integration comprehensive practice platform, the establishment of school enterprise cooperative education mechanism, construction of compound practical teaching team, establishment of progressive practice teaching system, in this paper. It is hoped to provide a reference for similar local colleges and universities.
