    摘要:

    随着我国科技与创新发展的进一步推进,我国对工程创新型人才的培养提出更高要求。在“新工科”与“大工程”背景下,工程管理专业人才培养过程中仍存在着许多亟需解决的问题。本文基于“大工程”理念与“新工科”背景,提出了全新的工程管理专业创新型人才的教育培养体系,从教学理念、教学内容、教学方法、课程共享机制、校企合作与国际交流与研发平台等六个方面完善了工程管理专业创新型人才培养机制,建立了全新的教育理念与教学改革体系。本文所提到的教学改革成果的内容已纳入到重庆大学管理科学与房地产学院人才培养方案,并取得了显著成效,对“新工科”与“大工程”背景下工科专业的教育教学创新发展具有一定的借鉴意义,为工程管理专业创新型人才的培养提供导向性支持。

    Abstract:

    With the further development of science and technology and innovation, China has put higher requirements for the training of innovative talents. Under the background of "new engineering" and "big engineering", there are still many urgent problems to be solved in the training of engineering management professionals. Based on the background of "new engineering" and "big engineering", this paper proposes a new educational system that calculates modern project management talents with innovative spirit from 6 aspects, teaching philosophy, teaching content, teaching methods, teaching tools, school-enterprise cooperation and the international exchange and research platform, which establishes a new educational philosophy and teaching reform system. The content of this educational reform has been implemented in the talent training project in School of Management Science and Real Estate of Chongqing University and has achieved remarkable results, which has referential value for the educational innovation and development of engineering majors under the background of "new engineering" and "big engineering", and provide guidance support for the training of innovative talents in engineering management major.
