    摘要:

    本文立足于国家建设需求以及行业发展前景,针对新工科建设下的传统工学学科研究生培养模式的现状和存在的主要问题加以分析和研究。以中南大学城市地下空间工程学科发展情况为例,针对每位研究生“精准识材”,做到合理“协同育才”的因材施教培养模式,并对城市地下空间工程研究生在新形势下的培养措施,确保学生能够在新工科背景下对自身能力以及行业认的全面发展,形成了精准识材和协同育才的城市地下空间工程研究生因材施教培养模式,为以城市地下空间工程学科为标杆的各传统工学学科在新工科建设背景下的发展及改革提供现实依据。

    Abstract:

    Based on the national construction needs and the prospect of industry development, this paper analyzes and researches the current situation and the main problems of the postgraduate training mode of traditional engineering disciplines under the construction of new engineering disciplines. Taking the development of urban underground space engineering discipline of Central South University as an example, aiming at each graduate student"s " accurate identification ", achieving a reasonable " collaborative supervision " training model in accordance with their aptitude, and the training measures for urban underground space engineering graduate students in the new situation to ensure. It also provides a practical basis for the development and reform of traditional engineering disciplines in the context of new engineering construction, with urban underground space engineering as the benchmark.
