全日制专业学位研究生的培育,拥有不同于学术型研究生定位、特征和框架。因此,本文根据建筑类院校专业型研究生培育的特殊性,重点构建了研究生企业实践的“3+7+2”模式,并系统探讨了实践中“启动-强化-验收”各阶段的培育要点(包括其周期、地点、核心任务与培育要求等)及其相关保障措施,并最终延伸性地提出了一定的思考。

There are obvious differences in full-time postgraduate education between the professional degree and the academic degree. According to the special cultivation requirements of professional master, the paper not only structures its practical mode in enterprises (‘3+7+2’), but also systematically discusses its educational outlines and guaranteed measures for the practical phases(‘startup- consolidation-check and accept’). Eventually, it deduces some relative problems and correspondent thinking.
