工科专业研究生教育的实践教学是培养创新型、创业型卓越工程人才的重要环节。针对当前实践教学工程性、实践性、探究性、启发性缺位的问题,以新工科建设为核心导向,立足学科交叉,以重大工程为牵引,打造岩土工程研究生培养的创新实践教学平台。突出学生的中心主体地位,开展多接口模块化实践教学,实现课程体系重构、教学内容重构与教学方法重构。创新实践教学改革以来,前沿交叉研究顺利起步,人才培养质量有力提升,助推了岩土工程专业学科的转型升级,逐步形成工程教育新范式。

The practical teaching in graduate education is an important part of cultivating outstanding engineering talents (i.e., innovative and entrepreneurial). The current practical teaching is lack of the characteristics of engineering, practice, inquiry and inspiration. The core orientation of this research is the construction of emerging engineering education. Based on the major engineering projects and interdisciplinary researching, an innovative practical teaching platform was developed for the cultivation of postgraduates of geotechnical engineering. To highlight the central position of students, a multi-interface teaching mode was recommended, which achieves the reconstruction of curriculum system, teaching content and teaching method. The reform of practical teaching activated the frontier cross research, and the quality of personnel training had been greatly improved, which promoted the transformation and upgrading of the discipline of geotechnical engineering in our college.
