新生代教师工作价值观是否会影响其工作绩效?本研究基于自我一致性理论和社会认同理论,构建了工作价值观对工作绩效影响的双路径假设模型。通过两个阶段的问卷调查,获得253份新生代教师样本,采用回归分析等技术对数据进行分析,结果表明:工作价值观对工作绩效、职业认同、组织认同均有显著的正向影响,职业认同和组织认同在工作价值观与工作绩效之间起着双重中介的作用,即工作价值观—职业认同—工作绩效,工作价值观—组织认同—工作绩效,总体来看,研究假设均得到了验证。研究结果丰富了工作价值观对工作绩效影响的相关研究成果,对如何提高新生代教师工作绩效提供了新的思路和指导。

Will the new generation of teachers" work values affect their work performance? Based on consistency theory and social identity theory, this study constructs a two-way hypothesis model of the impact of work values on job performance. Through two-stage questionnaire survey, 253 samples of new generation teachers were obtained, the data were analyzed by regression analysis and other techniques, the results show that work values have a significant positive impact on job performance, professional identity and organizational identification, professional identity and organizational identification play a dual intermediary role between work values and job performance, namely, work values—professional identity—job performance, work values—Organizational identification—job performance, overall, the research hypotheses have been verified. The research results enrich the relevant research results on the impact of work values on job performance, and provide new ideas and guidance on how to improve the job performance of the new generation teachers.
