研究生教育是国民教育的最高层次，在经济发展和社会建设中的重要作用越发凸显。加快推进研究生教育高质量发展是新时代研究生教育工作的迫切要求。本文以中国矿业大学力学与土木工程学院为例，基于该院“十三五”期间（即2016-2020年）硕士研究生招生和培养成效数据，从硕士研究生生源、整体培养质量、专业学位教育水平、导师队伍以及教育质量保障体系等五个方面分析了制约该院硕士研究生教育高质量发展的主要问题，并从创新工作机制、强化过程控制、改革培养模式、加强队伍建设和优化管理模式等五个方面提出了加快推进硕士研究生教育高质量发展的一些对策，可为同类院校加快推进硕士研究生教育高质量发展提供参考。

Postgraduate education is the highest level of national education, which plays an important role in the economic development and social construction. Promoting the high quality development of graduate education is an urgent requirement in the new era. This paper takes the School of Mechanics and Civil Engineering of China University of Mining and Technology as an example. Based on the data of master student admission and cultivation of this school in 13th Five-Year (i.e., 2016-2020), the main problems of restricting the high-quality development of master postgraduate education are analyzed from the registration status of master students, overall cultivation result, professional degree education, graduate mentor team and education quality assurance system. The countermeasures on high-quality development of master postgraduate education are put forward, including innovation work mechanism, strengthening process control, reform training mode, strengthening team construction and optimizati on management model, etc., which can provide reference for high-quality development of master postgraduate education in similar universities.
