新时代建设高水平本科教育对工程管理人才培养提出了新要求,从课程改革入手,强化教学资源建设是提升工程管理人才培养质量的基础关键。基于工程管理专业人才培养现代工程项目管理实践能力需要,从工程项目管理课程完整案例轮环式改革切入,从全方位教学资源建设着眼,架构工程管理人才培养驱动实践体系、运行机制与实施路径,以强化学生工程实践能力为导向,系统开展培养方案优化、职业规划引导,专业建设支撑、课程改革落实、实践体系训练、校企合作对接、真题真做提升的工程管理人才培养驱动实践过程,以人才培养质量提高彰显教学改革实践效果。

The construction of high-level undergraduate education in the new era puts forward new requirements for the training of engineering management talents. Starting from the curriculum reform, strengthening the construction of teaching resources is the basis and key to improve the training quality of engineering management talents. Based on the needs of cultivating modern engineering project management practice ability of engineering management talents, starting from the round robin reform of complete cases of engineering project management courses, and focusing on the construction of all-round teaching resources, this paper constructs the driving practice system, operation mechanism and implementation path of engineering management talent training, and systematically carries out the optimization of training scheme under the guidance of strengthening students" engineering practice ability The practice process is driven by the training of engineering management talents with career planning guidance, professional construction support, curriculum reform implementation, practice system training, school enterprise cooperation and real problem improvement, so as to highlight the practical effect of teaching reform with the improvement of talent training quality.
