    摘要:

    土木工程为最具代表性的工科传统专业之一,制定合理的土木工程培养方案对培养高素质人才和推进“新工科”建设具有重要的现实意义。采用比较分析方法,阐述了美国伊利诺伊大学厄巴纳-香槟分校(UIUC)土木工程本科培养方案的核心内容,特别对课程体系的设置原则和规定做了详细解读。发现:专业理论课程占比达52.3%,特别注重其中工具课程(如工程数学和计算机语言等)的设置;专业核心课程中划分出十个领域的课程体系,规定在其中选择两个不同的领域作为主修领域和辅修领域;开设了科技写作课程,强调科技写作能力的培养;倡导教师顾问制度,提倡教师为学生提供全过程全方位的咨询和辅导。以上几方面举措对我国土木工程专业本科教育教学改革具有显著借鉴作用。

    Abstract:

    Civil engineering is one of the most representative traditional engineering specialties. It is of great practical significance to formulate a reasonable curriculum program for civil engineering undergraduate in order to train high-quality talents and promote the construction of New Engineering Education. The core contents of civil engineering undergraduate curriculum program in University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) were analyzed. Especially, the relevant contents and regulations of the curriculum program were interpreted in detail. Some important measures in this program, including paying attention to the teaching of basic theory course, selecting advanced technical courses in primary and secondary fields, offering science and technology composition course, assigning each faculty as undergraduate advisees (The Faculty Advisor) and so on, can play a positive role in the undergraduate education reform of China.
