    摘要:

    在分析新时代给排水专业劳动教育目标的基础上,提出贯穿“高校-企业-家庭-社会”多方协同的劳动育人模式及实施途径。通过高校专业劳动训练大学生从事专业劳动的技能,通过驻厂生产劳动教育大学生感受劳动创造的价值,通过家庭日常生活劳动锻炼大学生处理生活事务的能力,通过社会公益劳动强化大学生社会责任感。上述劳动教育模式在河北农业大学给排水及相关专业实践后,体现了鲜明的思想性、突出的社会性、显著的实践性,对培养德智体美劳全面发展的高级工程技术人才起到了积极作用,同步促进了相应行业企业高质量发展。

    Abstract:

    Based on the analysis of the labor education objectives of water supply and drainage specialty in the new era, this paper puts forward the labor education mode and implementation ways through "university enterprise family society".Through professional labor training in Colleges and universities, college students" skills in professional labor, through factory production labor education, college students feel the value created by labor, train college students" ability to deal with life affairs through family daily life labor, and strengthen college students" sense of social responsibility through social public welfare labor.After the practice of water supply and drainage and related majors in Hebei Agricultural University, the above labor education model embodies distinct ideology, prominent sociality and remarkable practicality, plays a positive role in cultivating senior engineering and technical talents with all-round development of morality, intelligence, physique, art and labor, and simultaneously promotes the high-quality development of enterprises in corresponding industries.
