材料力学作为大多数工科类专业一门重要的专业基础课程,旨在培养学生掌握扎实的基础力学知识、具备将基础力学知识与工程问题相结合以解决实际工程问题的能力。当前新一轮科技革命和产业变革蓬勃发展,从而对掌握坚实力学基础的高素质创新型人才提出了更高的要求。然而传统课堂吸引力不佳、学生缺乏学习兴趣、分析解决问题的能力不足等问题仍普遍存在于当下材料力学课堂中。因此,开展材料力学课程的教学改革和探索,具有重要的意义。在以工程教育认证为目标及基于OBE理念的课程体系改革背景下,以土木工程专业为例,通过对该专业材料力学课程的知识模块进行重组,将实际问题与工程案例引入材料力学的课堂教学中,探索了材料力学课程教学新模式。多种教学手段相结合,增强学生的学习兴趣,让学生成为学习的中心和主体,实现创新意识和实践能力突出的新型人才培养目的。

As an important professional foundation course of Civil Engineering, the purpose of Mechanics of Material is to train students to master solid basic mechanics knowledge, and students have the practical ability to integrate basic mechanics knowledge with engineering problems. At the present stage, a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is flourishing. Higher requirements are put forward for high quality creative talents who master solid mechanics foundation. However, some problems are still common, such as unattractive course, lack of interest in learning, or lack of ability to analyze and solve problems. Therefore, it will get great significance to carry out the teaching reform and exploration of Mechanics of material. Under the background of curriculum system reform which is aiming at engineering education certification and concept of OBE, the knowledge module of Mechanics of material was regrouped, and practical problems and engineering cases were introduced into the teaching process. The new teaching mode is explored. A variety of teaching methods were used, and the students’ interest in learning had been increased. Students gradually become the main body of learning, and the purpose of cultivating innovative talents who have creative consciousness and practical ability can be achieved.
