    新工科背景下,为了实现研究生家国情怀培育与知识能力提升的融合培养,提出了研究生“文化耦合”培养模式;依托东南大学交通运输工程学科研究生培养实践,阐述了特色课程平台、多元研学实践平台和高水平资源平台等文化耦合平台的搭建以及学科文化建设;通过教学活动、学术活动和学术榜样这三个耦合点,分析了文化耦合机制、家国情怀养成以及实践成效,可为落实立德树人和提高研究生培养质量提供借鉴和启发。

    Abstract:

    In order to cultivate their devotion to family and country together with improving the frontier knowledge and their innovation ability, the postgraduate training mode of "Cultural Coupling" was defined under the background of Emerging Engineering Education (3E). And then, three platforms and the discipline culture were expounded. These platforms included the characteristic course system, good educational resources and practice terraces on multi-mode of research. After that, the cultural coupling mechanism was analyzed by three coupling points which were teaching activities, academic activities and the academic idol. Finally, through the exploration of "cultural coupling" postgraduate training mode in the discipline of transportation engineering at Southeast University, the result turned out is remarkably effective. It can provide reference to use for implementing of fostering virtue through education and improving the quality of postgraduate training.
