    在新一轮科技革命和产业变革的背景下,教育部提出建立虚拟仿真“金课”的要求,虚拟仿真教学为工程管理专业教学提供了全面的信息汇总渠道和高质量的实践操作板块,拓展了实验教学的深度和广度,实现实验教学与信息技术的融合,但在全国各高校工程管理专业的应用有待进一步开展。为深入了解新工科背景下工程管理专业建设虚拟仿真教学项目的建设情况,本研究面向全国工程管理专业教师开展问卷调查,收集了当前工程管理专业中虚拟仿真教学项目的建设情况,了解了工程管理专业虚拟仿真教学项目建设意愿,分析了建设虚拟仿真教学项目的阻碍因素,并提出了对策和建议。结果显示,仅有22.54%的受访者申请或参与了虚拟仿真教学课程建设,超过90%的受访者认为虚拟仿真教学对工程管理与工程造价专业人才培养来说很重要或比较重要,并认可其作用;主要的阻碍因素包括缺乏资金、技术支撑与相关资源支持。本研究通过收集现高校虚拟仿真教学项目的建设情况,分析存在的主要阻碍因素,为推动本专业虚拟仿真教学项目建设提供了建议与对策。

    Abstract:

    The Ministry of Education has put forward the requirement of setting up the "golden course" of virtual simulation under the background of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, which provides comprehensive information gathering channels and high-quality practical operation blocks for the teaching of engineering management major, but the application of engineering management and engineering cost major in colleges and universities throughout the country needs to be further carried out. In order to understand the construction of Virtual Simulation Gold Course of Engineering Management and Engineering Cost Major under the background of new engineering subject, the Steering Committee of Engineering Management and Engineering Cost of the Ministry of Education carried out a questionnaire survey nationwide, discussed the key factors and obstacles of Virtual Simulation Gold Course of Engineering Management and Engineering Cost Major, and put forward countermeasures and suggestions. The results showed that more than 90% of the respondents believe that virtual simulation teaching is very important for the training of engineering management and engineering cost professionals, and recognize its role; however, only 22.54% of the respondents apply for or participate in the construction of virtual simulation teaching courses, and 44.36% of the respondents will definitely or plan to carry out the construction of virtual simulation teaching courses in the coming year. The main obstacles include lack of funds, technical support and related resources support. This study provides suggestions and countermeasures for instructors and professional teachers to promote the construction of virtual simulation gold course in their specialty.
